Recreate the Look #3

For this new edition of Recreate the Look, we’re opting for coziness, and extra coziness! When I tell you this outfit is the epitome of cuteness and comfort, I’m not exaggerating! And it’s perfect for those chilly months since it’s mainly composed of knits and wools.

Idea to Style a Turtleneck Knit Sweater Dress for Winter

I stumbled upon this beautiful knit sweater dress and I immediately fell in love with the big chunky wooly cardigan that was paired with it. The knit sweater dress already provides warmth and protection from the cold, but it’s a bit simple, especially when it doesn’t have patterns and it’s just a simple cable style. Pairing with the oversize cardigan that’s lighter in color and much softer adds for such a pretty contrast all the while retaining an harmonious vibe.

For this outfit, the inspiration picture only showed the upper body with the dress and the cardigan, but I thought that an outfit like that would be a bit too simple. That’s what I added some accessories to complement this look! Big hoops are a must to elevate the outfit. Especially if you have a bit long hair that you can end up styling in a casual bun. Since this outfit is meant to be worn during fall or winter, some warm thighs are also recommended since we don’t want you to get freezing!

The finishing touch for this look ends up with some cute leather mid-calf boots. Since the dress is a bit longer, it’s better for the shoes to not reach the hem and leave some room to show off your thighs. All of these items make for a pretty harmonious outfit that’s both aesthetic and comfy!
