I don’t know about you but I find that Spring can somehow be finicky to dress for! It’s just after winter so the moment you see the beautiful sun shining outside, you want to shed all the layers and go ahead and bring out the lightweight clothing that’s been stuffed far away inside your closet. But at the same time, it can get a bit chilly, especially in the afternoons. That’s why whenever I get ready for the day, I take a moment to ponder about what to wear so that I don’t find myself regretting my choices afterward!

This outfit I bring you today was inspired by me seeing my straw hat sitting around. I usually wear it while gardening or obviously while going to the beach, but I was inspired to wear it that day! Despite the bright sun rays, it was still a bit cold so I surely wasn’t going to wear a skirt or shorts like I originally intended. I went forward with jeans and a cardigan, and I thought that I could share the outfit inspiration with you all! This is definitely a great outfit to wear while shopping around or even to work if your office is more casual like mine.
